Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at ThunderGits, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and analyzing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to craft compelling content and maintain a strong online presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and captions.
• Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Monitor social media trends and audience behavior to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an online community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Canva.
• Ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing is a plus.
